mr clement. (i am not a toy designer.)

Born in Hong Kong in 1980. mr clement graduated from the Kingston University and is currently undertaking his MA course in Communication Arts at the Royal College of Art in London.

mr clement started his career at the age of 15 when he published comics in newspapers and magazines in Hong Kong. Since 1997, he has published graphic novels 'Eye Candy', 'A Bird on My Head', 'A Bird on My Head - Anticipation’, 'Window', 'The Gorgeous Habour' and 'Yeah Kou Phobia'. His publications are available in the international market such as UK, France, United States, Spain, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong.

The year of 2003 was a turning point in his career, when he moved to the UK. It was also the time when Lapin, his new hand-made rabbit-like character, became known in Europe and the United States. Thanks to Lapin’s popularity, world tour exhibitions were held in various cities - 'Lapin World Tour #1' in Hong Kong, 'Lapin World Tour #2' in Paris and 'Lapin World Tour #3' in London.
